Prepared, the product creates a golden stock with the balanced, well-rounded flavor and aroma of long-simmered vegetables. Plant-based, vegan and gluten-free, this product has no meat, dairy or egg ingredients. It also contains no hydrolyzed vegetable protein, no hydrogenated oils and no added monosodium glutamate*.

As a Seasoning – This base will enhance stocks, soups, sauces, gravies, and stews. Use the dry base to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes and flavored butter or oil.
