These easy to use paste bases should be the foundation for all your soups, gravies, rubs, marinades, sauces, stews, noodles, rice and much more. They deliver the savory flavor of sauteed chicken, beef or vegetables. Bases meet vegetarian and/or vegan requirements, where indicated. All gluten-free bases yield a minimum of 5 gallons of perfectly flavored stock.
