Since then Tom has created a whole range of fresh, handcrafted, versatile rub flavors that add a spicy kick and a whole lot of love to just about any meat, fish, poultry or vegetable dish.
All you have to do is sprinkle it on the item, rub it in and let it set for about 5 minutes to mingle with the natural juices, then grill, sauté or roast. Allow the rub to caramelize without burning to enhance the flavors.
