10 PC BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN THIGH 2 CUPS OF ITALIAN DRESSING 1 CUP OF GOLD SPICE 1 CUP OF ROOTER-2TER PINEAPPLE JUICE IN SPRAY BOTTLE ROYAL OAK LUMP CHARCOAL KINGSFORD 20LB CHARCOAL CHERRY WOOD CHUNKS AND CHIPS SMOKER/GRILL REQUIRED
INSTRUCTIONS: TAKE ALL CHICKEN AFTER GIVING IT A COLD WASH, POUR THE ITALIAN DRESSING OVER THE CHICKEN AND WITH GLOVES, MAKE SURE THE CHICKEN IS COVERED WITH THE DRESSING. LET CHICKEN MARINATE FOR 2 HOURS AND THEN TAKE CHICKEN OUT OF THE MARINADE...DO NOT WASH OFF MARINADE...THAT WILL BE OUR BOND TO THE RUB THAT YOU WILL NOW ADD TO THE CHICKEN. PLACE A NICE BLANKET OF SEASONING OVER THE ENTIRE CHICKEN....LET IT SET OVERNIGHT. IN THE MORNING GET THE GRILL/SMOKER TOGETHER AND GET TEMP AROUND 350...SOAK YOUR CHERRY WOOD IN WATER....PUT WOOD ON COALS BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR MEAT ON GRILL.....SLAP THE THIGHS ON THE GRILL AND SMOKE A LITTLE AND GRILL A LITTLE....FLIP AFTER 10 MINUTES AND SMOKE AND GRILL FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES...BETWEEN 250 & 350 THE CHICKEN WILL BECOME CARAMELIZED AFTER CONSISTENT SPRAYING OF THE PINEAPPLE JUICE EVERY TIME YOU FLIP THE THIGH.....AND THE MEAT WILL BE TENDER AND JUICY...TRUST ME!!!
