 Detailed Description

A light brown paste base made with natural proportioned cooked turkey meat and turkey fat. RC Low Sodium Supreme Special Turkey Base is USDA inspected with turkey meat as the first ingredient, and contains no added monosodium glutamate (MSG). Prepared, the base has the pleasant turkey flavor and aroma characteristic of turkey stock, while still satisfying the requirements of a low or reduced sodium diet.

I LOVE TURKEY
This is a great addition, with great flavor, to many turkey dishes like Tetrazzini. I use it to make turkey soup stock after roasting the left over bones and cooking them, covered in water, several hours on the stove. It is also exceptional to use for additional gravy for your roast turkey. I make 2 or 3 cups of the stock ahead of time and add it to the juices in the pan. This is also good for basting your turkey. Low sodium is the best so you can salt it to your taste.
