Add lemon flavor to a pound cake batter, coffee cake, biscotti, or a mineral water spritzer. Pure lemon oil is a natural essence cold-pressed from the rinds of 330 lemons. Use in place of lemon zest in practically any recipe for a burst of flavour. One ounce bottle. Refrigerate after opening; indefinite shelf life when refrigerated. In any recipe, use 1/2 teaspoon lemon oil per cup of dry ingredients plus 1/4 teaspoon lemon oil per cup of liquid ingredients.
