Minors No-Added MSG* Low Sodium gluten FreeBeef Base gives you savory beef flavor from roasted beef and natural beef juices in a 135mg low sodium formula. Now you can to add rich beef flavor to soups, ground meats, and sides without the higher sodium content found in other bases. Minors does not replace sodium with potassium so you will not get that metallic aftertaste that is common in many low sodium products. Recipes included. Each pound yields 6 gallons of fully flavored stock.

Ingredients:
Roasted beef and concentrated beef stock, maltodextrin, autolyzed yeast extract, cornstarch, hydrolyzed corn protein, carrot puree, natural flavors, 2% or less of disodium inosinate/disodium guanylate, caramel color, salt, corn oil, spices and coloring, potato starch, dextrose, lactic acid.

*No added msg other than that which naturally occurs in the hydrolyzed proteins and yeast extract.

	Great Beef Base
I cook with a lot of freeze dried meat & I have been using this base to rehydrate it. Adds a great flavor to the meat. Glad I found this product as I was using a lot of stock from store. This beats them hands down. Same for the chicken base.
