Excellent Au Jus base |
I love this base and use it all the time, especially when I roast a beef or make a prime rib, I still make my Au jus from scratch, but this just adds that little extra that my family always raves about! We never go out for prime rib anymore!! |

Best kept secret in my kitchen!! |
I have been using this product for over a decade. It is delicious and I use it in just about everything, from making au jus for French dip sandwiches, rubbing it all over beef roasts before baking, adding as my secret ingredient to soups, stews, gravies and sauces, to adding to cooked vegetables! This product has a deep, rich beef flavor flavor that adds a WOW factor to every food I have used it in. I never, ever let myself run out of this product!! |

Beef Au Jus |
This is my secret to so many recipes. Not only do I use it for Au Jus but also in my French Onion soup, Vegetable soup,Hot Roast Beef sandwiches and Beef gravy. I add it to anything that I want to give an extra beef flavor, Chili, grilled onions and as a rub to roast etc.......The best I have ever tried. I dont think I could cook without it. |
