Adds to the flavor of chicken, pizzas, pasta sauces, vegetables, and dipping oils
made in the Italian style.
It can be blended with a good olive oil and used to flavor breads and rolls for
sandwiches, hoagies, and subs.
To prepare an excellent pasta sauce, just like home made, do the following:
Add ½ cup pasta seasoning to 28 oz tomatoes of your choice (sauce, diced,
pureed, etc.). Heat to simmer. Simmer 30 minutes or more.
We really like using the San Marzano Whole Tomatoes.
Puree the tomatoes, add spice ingredients, heat to simmer, that's it!
INGREDIENTS: Fried Onion, Mushroom, Oregano, Basil, Chili, Sun Dried Tomatoes, garlic, onion, Rosemary, Thyme, black Pepper, Sea Salt.
