This blend of spices is the result of several years of trial and error in finding the perfect combination of seasonings to make the perfect Italian Beef Sandwich.
This sandwich is a Chicago favorite. Only premium, all natural herbs and spices are used and the blends are produced in small batches and hand packed.

3 lb. Beef Roast*
2- 14.5 oz. cans of beef broth or Minor's Beef Broth
1- package (2.06 oz.) Berks Blends Italian Beef Seasoning
Hard Itailan rolls
Add beef , broth and seasoning to a crockpot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Slice or shred beef and serve on a hard roll.
Add provolone cheese, sweet peppers and / or spicy giardiniera**as a delicious accompaniment . Spoon additional beef "juice" over sandwich for that authentic Chcago beef experience!
Here's some history on this product...
The creator traveled considerably over the years sampling many local and regional cuisines, Chicago Italian beef sandwiches quickly became a favorite. Unfortunately, no Italian Beef shops existed outside of the Chicago area, the only options were to have the beef overnighted (at considerable cost) or devise our own recipe. After 2 1/2 years of blending and testing, he developed what we believe to be an "authentic" Chicago Italian Beef seasoning. The zesty blend of herbs and spices are reminiscent of some of the best Italian Beef shops in the Chicago area. The ingredients in this blend are the finest, all natural herbs and spices available.
