A delicious traditional New Orleans dinner dish made with rice, spices and your choice of meat or seafood (or both)!

INGREDIENTS: Enriched long grain parboiled rice (rice, iron, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid), onion, spices (including paprika and red pepper), sea salt, red & green bell peppers, yeast extract, salt, garlic, and caramel color.
 


 

Basic recipe

* 1 Bag Jambalaya mix     * 4 Cups Water    * 2 TBSP Butter
* 2 Cups Cooked Andouille Sausage
* 2 Cups Cooked Chicken in Bite Size Pieces

1) Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
2) Add remaining ingredients. Return to boil, cover, reduce heat to a simmer.
Cook for 20-25 (or until water is absorbed).
Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minute. Fluff before serving.

 (VAR. Add seafood of choice, create your own dish!)
