This savory blend of chipotle chili peppers and ground cinnamon is wonderful on beef, chicken, seafood and pork.
Typical Recipe: Crusted Tenderloin… Rub 2 pound tenderloin with a tablespoon olive oil then season with ¼ cup rub. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight. Roast in 350 deg. until desired internal temperature is reached.
