Origin: Mediterranean Taste & Aroma: Medium level of heat, sweet, fruity, complex with hints of Cumin. Typical uses: Aleppo is great on almost anything, including: Chicken, pizza, meat, pasta, salad, vegetables, potato salad, eggs and steak. Exceptional in chili.
