Shipping & Handling Charges ...
Orders are processed in the order in which they
are received. Please allow 7 to 10 days for
delivery during the holiday season. Our normal mode of shipping in the contiguous United States is Fed Ex Ground and Express Service
and the United States Postal Service, unless other arrangements are made. Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day Air are available at higher cost.
Please call for this service. Saturday delivery is also available at an extra charge and must be combined with an air delivery. For Alaska and Hawaii we use U.S. Priority Mail in most cases. All standard orders should be delivered within
10 days unless told otherwise. If your order
does not arrive with 10 days, please call to have us check on the delay. Any specials that affect the cost of shipping will be based on, and adjusted according to our regular rates.
During special offerings or special pricing
periods, delivery may take
7 - 21 days. If needed sooner, please call and
make that request.
Please note...
Additional charges are required for delivery locations in the contiguous USA specified as "outlying" or "extended delivery areas" by our carrier. If your location is listed as one of these areas there will be an additional charge of
up to $1.50 added to your regular shipping charges.
Shipments to the following states may have an additional charge of $1.50 due to recent increases and distance and fuel charges. The affected states are ME,
VT, NH, FL, and all states west of the
Mississippi River.
Please double check your shipping address for accuracy. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses are subject to a $10 additional charge.
Items damaged during shipping... The cost of any items broken in shipping will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase unless other arrangements are agreed upon between parties.
Please notify us and the carrier of any visible
damage.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit
cards. We also accept personal checks by mail.

Cleveland, Ohio 44121. Credit cards are charged
no more than 48 hours prior to shipping. Orders received by mail are shipped the same day. Credit for broken items will be issued the next business day after notification. No replacements will be made unless agreed on by both parties.

Special offers are made in various ways at various times of the year. Some special offers are made through email to the database of customers who have placed orders online or signed up online. We occasionally mail post cards to portions of our database during the summer months. Unless otherwise noted on the offer, all specials expire 14 days after receipt. Backorders ...
We seldom run short of inventory and re-stock on a weekly basis. If we do happen to run out of an ordered item and know we won't have it back in stock within a couple of days, we will contact you. There have been a few occasions when we have run short and found that Minor's was also out and not scheduled to make that item for a week or more. But those are rare occasions.
Guarantee and Return Policy ...
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any product purchased from ALLSERV (soupbase.com), we will gladly issue a prompt refund, exchange, or credit of product purchase price, upon return of any unopened product(s). Please call ALLSERV for return instructions. Credit
or replacement will be issued for any items broken while in
transit.
