anchor this classic togarashi, a Japanese staple. It's wonderful on salmon,
shrimp, scallops--and even tofu. Use it for pan-searing, broiling or grilling
meat and veggies. It is especially well suited to grilling fresh tuna. Unlike
the rest of the Tom Douglas rubs, this one contains no sugar and works great as
a 'salt and pepper' on food. Sprinkle it in soups and stews or over rice.
