Directions: Soak leaf for 5-7 minutes in cold
water. Remove and squeeze out gently.
For HOT applications: Stir the gelatin into
the dish and it will dissolve immediately.
For COLD applications: Heat the softened
leaf in a sauce pan and dissolve. Stir a small amount of the dish into
the dissolved gelatin, never the other way round.
Stir this into the original dish and cool for 2-3 hours.
Store dry and odor-free.
