A traditional northern Italian meal. Polenta can be used
in many ways. For an easy meal, try serving it with your favorite sauce,
stews, grilled meats, or serve with fresh cheeses like gorgonzola or
fontina. For a lighter meal, cool the polenta in a pan until firm, then
slice the polenta and grill or fry it. Top it with fresh tomato sauce, a
mushroom sauce, or any of your other favorite sauces.
