Minors Low Sodium Chicken Base is a base for making soup stock and many other
uses. Chicken meat and natural chicken juices are the first and primary
ingredients, which makes this a fresh, natural addition to your low sodium
dishes. Minors Low Sodium Chicken Base adds great flavor to a variety of foods.
Now you can have rich chicken flavor in soups, casseroles, vegetables, potatoes
and other side dishes without the higher sodium content found in other bases.
Minors Low Sodium Chicken Base does not replace sodium with potassium so you
will not experience that metallic aftertaste so common in other low sodium
products.

whey, hydrolyzed (corn and wheat gluten, soy and corn) proteins,
maltodextrin, flavors, torula yeast, autolyzed yeast extract,
cornstarch, chicken fat flavor, less than 2% of corn oil, disodium
inosinate/disodium guanylate, dried chicken broth, chicken fat, potato
starch, vegetable coloring (turmeric, annatto and paprika extracts),
dextrose, soy lecithin, papain, lactic acid. *Other than that which
naturally occurs in the hydrolyzed proteins and autolyzed yeast extract.

A STAPLE IN MY HOUSE |
| Without a doubt, the best chicken soup base on the market. I add this to the water when cooking pasta. I save the chicken flavored pasta water and make chicken tortellini soup. DELISH! Its also a great additive for home made pasta sauce. Gives it that little extra flavor. Without saying, it also makes a great chicken soup and gravy. This product, along with the other Minors products that I keep on hand, helps me to cook more healthy and tasty meals. |

Delicious Soup Base |
| This low sodium soup base has the flavor I have been trying to find. It is the very best. I use it in my chicken soup, gravy, and also add it to my low sodium mushroom soup for a great flavor. Glad I found this wonderful product!!!!!! |

Essential in my kitchen |
| This is my go-to seasoning to enhance virtually every chicken dish - soups, pot pies, dressing, gravy, stews, stock, etc. I stir it into the aromatic vegetables beneath a roasting chicken, for example. The flavor is delicious, umami chicken flavor at its best. The regular version is great if the extra salt isnt a problem. But I mostly use the low salt version because I think the flavor is superb and then I can finish the seasoning to suit the dish. Excellent product! |
