Minors Demi-Glace Sauce Concentrate is a velvety brown sauce made from
reduced beef stock and accented with tomato, garlic and onion. Its delicate
sheen enhances beef, poultry and vegetable dishes. Use as a base for Hunter,
Madeira, and Peppercorn sauces. Make Masala Demi-glace by simply substituting
Masala wine for ¼ the amount of water called for in the recipe. Recipes
