The perfect pantry item in case you run out of liquid molasses, just make up some of your own.
Use just enough molasses powder to flavor the dish but limit for no overly strong flavor. 2 tsp Molasses powder = 1 TB standard molasses 4 tsp Molasses powder = 1 TB Blackstrap molasses Use 1/4 part water, 3/4 parts molasses powder for standard recipe consistency.
Typical Uses: Baking, cookies, BBQ sauce, ham, pudding, cake, glaze, frosting, pie, muffins, coffee cake and bread.
