Highlights: A dry mix that is prepared by whipping
with ice water. The finished product is a Bavarian style, light
textured, airy mousse with an appealing color, smooth creamy texture and
true lemon flavor.
Product Usage: Can be used to prepare a variety of desserts.
Serve as is or piped, as a filling for pies and pastries, as a cake
icing or filling or as a frozen dessert. May be flavored with CIO
Extracts such as
Raspberry or Lime to create flavored Bavarian mousse. Chopped
chocolate, nuts or raspberries can be added.
8 oz Package Directions: Makes 1.5+ quarts
1) Add mix to 1.5 cups ice water(38° F) in a bowl.**
2) Whip at high speed for 1/2 minute. Stop and scrape bowl.
3) Continue mixing at high speed until desired consistency is reached
(about 5 minutes).
* For a richer product, use cold milk in place of water or add 4 oz.
nonfat milk powder to the ice water.
** For best results, chill bowl before using.
