Corn Syrup Solids are not the same ingredient as High
Fructose Corn Syrup, the latter being sweeter and generally avoided more
in a well balanced diet.
Corn Syrup Solids contain dextrose - about ¾ as sweet as regular table
Taste & Aroma: About 3/4 as sweet as
regular table sugar.
Typical uses: Sausage making,
cookies, ice cream, yogurt, beer brewing and baking. Anywhere you would
